What We Do
Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is a national nonprofit organization. Over the past 25 years, we have helped over 70,000 youth and adults facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges. We commit to ensuring equitable outcomes for everyone we serve.

Individuals and families are the heroes of their own stories. They create a vision for their future and follow the steps of their action plan with the support of a team.

We match youth, adults, and families with local resources specific to their needs. We also help individuals strengthen bonds with supportive friends and family members.

We partner with government agencies, schools, managed care organizations, and providers to customize care for individuals and families.
