Please allow five business days for the Brand and Engagement Manager to produce the flyer. The more time allotted, the better-quality flyer.

Trifold Brochure Information

Choices have standard brochures for each market which look similar and have all current branding elements.

Please provide ten business days for the Brand and Engagement Manager to work with you and/or others to design a new brochure.

Mass Email Request

Departments, leadership teams, and committees can request mass emails be sent via Communications.

For committees, we recommend that only one or two mass emails be sent in one month on behalf of the committee. If the committee has an urgent need to communicate a special event, fundraiser, etc., we can add extra emails if warranted.

Please provide at least two business days of prep for the Brand and Engagement Manager prior to when the email needs to go out.

Video Content

Requests for videos should outline the purpose of the video along with other pertinent information listed below. If a video shoot is necessary in markets outside of Indiana, we may opt to use a local videographer. This would require at least three weeks to coordinate, approve cost, and assist in preparing content.

Social Media Request

Departments, leadership teams, and committees can request social media post to be shared via Communications.

Please provide at least two business days of prep for the Brand and Engagement Manager prior to when the post/s needs to go out.

Website Update Request

Departments, leadership teams, and committees can request website updates.

Please provide at least two-three business days of prep for the Brand and Engagement Manager prior to when the updates needs to be made public.

Please allow five business days for the Brand and Engagement Manager to produce and page design and functionality if needed.

Swag Request

Choices promotional items (“swag”) are intended to support marketing, community outreach, recruitment, and organization-sponsored events. These items are used to increase brand awareness, engage community partners, and support approved outreach activities.

Swag is not intended for routine distribution to individuals or families receiving services. Requests for promotional items should be connected to an approved marketing, outreach, recruitment, or event-related purpose and may be subject to availability and Marketing approval.

Staff, departments, leadership teams, and committees may request Choices Coordinated Care branded swag for upcoming events.

Please submit your request at least 2–5 business days in advance of your event date to allow the Brand and Engagement Manager adequate time to coordinate and prepare materials.

For out-of-state/out of Indianapolis please submit your request at least 5-10 business days in advance to allow additional time for shipping and delivery to ensure swag arrives prior to your event.

Please note: Availability is based on current inventory. Some items may be limited or unavailable. Your Brand and Engagement Manager will contact you if substitutions or adjustments are needed.

Printing Request

Use this request type for Choices-related printed materials needed for programs, outreach, events, recruitment, or internal business needs. Examples include flyers, brochures, postcards, posters, banners, business cards, signage, handouts, and other approved print materials.

Please provide the quantity, size, desired completion date, delivery location, and any available artwork or content with your request. Printing timelines may vary based on project size, production requirements, and vendor availability.
