Choices Foster Care Solutions will provide every child with a stable placement and work as a team with the child, family and partners to achieve permanency.

What we offer

In order to achieve placement stability and permanency (a permanent and safe home) for every child placed in a foster home, Choices provides the following:

  • Therapeutic training to prepare foster parents;
  • A supportive licensing process that can occur at a pace that is comfortable for the foster home;
  • Individualized support to each foster home and foster child during placement, including in-home visits to discuss successes and needs
  • Prompt, one-hour responses to questions or concerns;
  • 24/7 Support Hotline;
  • Initial per diem reimbursement within the first seven days of placement to help meet any immediate needs of the child;
  • Per diem reimbursement every two weeks;
  • Specialized training developed by national experts; and
  • Monthly virtual foster parent support group.

Our experience

The staff at Choices Foster Care Solutions brings a range of experiences that can benefit foster parents and foster children, including: 

  • Child welfare, mental health, and foster care work experiences in both the public and private sectors;
  • 15 + combined years of direct foster parenting experience;
  • Personal experiences supporting children with special needs; and
  • Expertise and advocacy skills with the Individualized Education Programs (IEP) process and children’s special educational needs.
