Our Intensive Foster Care (IFC) program is designed to support children and
youth of any age who have experienced trauma, face emotional or behavioral
challenges, or require medical complex care.

Comprehensive, Personalized Care
Wraparound/Intensive Care Coordination:
Family-driven, strength-based
approach addressing youth's behavioral, educational, medical, and social needs. Collaboration with a network of providers to create and implement
individualized treatment plans.
Crisis and Safety Planning:
Personalized crisis plans and de-escalation strategies to ensure safety. 24/7 access to trained Crisis Peer Responders for real-time support during crises.
Comprehensive Provider Network:
Over 75 community-based providers across Indiana offering services like therapy, mentoring, behavioral management, and more. Emphasis on culturally competent, evidence-based care tailored to each family's unique needs.
Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI):
A trauma-informed approach
that emphasizes building trust, empowering youth, and addressing challenging behaviors through understanding rather than punishment. Staff and caregivers trained in TBRI for effective support.
Crisis Peer Responders:
24/7 mobile response teams offering on-site crisis support, ensuring safety and stability during critical moments.
Support for Permanency:
Focus on reunification, adoption, or long-term foster care (APPLA), ensuring stable, loving environments for youth. Training for foster parents in co-care to facilitate healthy relationships with biological families.
