Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is a national nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals who are facing significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
Jefferson Parish Mobile Crisis is a 24/7 program that provides in-person crisis support for individuals of any age experiencing a behavioral health crisis within Jefferson Parish. Our team responds wherever the person is located, as long as they are in the parish.
Community Brief Crisis Support Services
We also offer Community Brief Crisis Support Services (CBCS) for individuals under 21 through Medicaid, providing up to 15 days of follow-up care to ensure crisis resolution and connection to ongoing supports.
