Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth who face significant behavioral and emotional challenges and are currently in or transitioning to foster or relative care.
Choices provides care coordination, therapy services, and evidence-based treatment models across our various programs. We customize care for families and individuals by offering our own services while also partnering with:

- Healthcare providers
- Managed care organizations
- Schools and educators
OhioRISE
OhioRISE is a Medicaid program in Ohio designed to help young people with significant behavioral health issues succeed in their schools, homes, and communities.
Ohio MRSS
MRSS is a no-cost program that provides on-site behavioral health crisis support to youth age 20 and under. With MRSS, a team of trained professionals will respond within 60 minutes to a young person’s home, school, or any other location in the community.
